Hamas Returns to War: Details

Hamas has warned the United States that it is ready to resume military operations in the Gaza Strip. According to Al Hadath television, representatives of the movement have informed U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy, Wittekopf, and his son-in-law Jared Kushner, that the ceasefire is over, as Israel is allegedly “systematically violating agreements.”

A message circulated by the movement on Telegram states that the Israeli army is advancing beyond the “yellow line” from the area where both sides were supposed to halt during the first phase of troop withdrawal.

Earlier, the UN Security Council supported President Donald Trump's initiative to establish a “peace council” for the governance of the Gaza Strip.
