Europeans Want to Know Who Developed New Program on Ukraine

Europeans want to know who developed the new program regarding Ukraine. This was stated by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

“Before starting work on the 28-point plan, it would be good to clearly understand who the author of the plan is and where it was developed. Together with the leaders of Europe, Canada, and Japan, we announced our readiness to work on the 28-point plan, despite some reservations. However, before starting work, it would be good to clearly know who the author of this program is and where it was created,” he said.
