Maduro Enhances Personal Security Measures Due to US Threat
Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has strengthened personal security measures due to threats from the United States, according to the Financial Times.
According to the publication’s reports, in recent weeks, Maduro's public speeches have been held with a reduced and unannounced schedule. High-ranking officials and military leaders who previously always accompanied the president during speeches are now absent to avoid collective threats to government representatives.
