We Will Still Speak: Father Aram on Gathering a 'Troop'

The spiritual leader of Hovhanavank, Father Aram Asatryan, who was defrocked by Karekin II, has made a post on his Facebook page commenting on information published by various media about him supposedly gathering a 'troop'.

"I do not deny the information; thanks to God, we have a troop of light and hope, and we will still speak," Father Aram wrote, rejecting the defrocking decision.

The newspaper 'Legal' reported that Father Aram has been actively in touch with clergy from different dioceses, informing them that they are not being valued as they should, and that it is time to stand up for dignified service. According to the report, he has managed to gather a significant number of clergy members.
