Nothing about Ukraine will be decided without Ukraine. Von der Leyen

The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, has stated that no decisions regarding Ukraine can be made without the participation of Ukraine itself. She noted that a 28-point plan has been presented, which will be discussed among European leaders as well as current leaders within the G20 framework.

According to von der Leyen, she will also establish communication with President Zelensky to discuss the matter. “It is important to adhere to one fundamental principle: we have always followed the rule that nothing regarding Ukraine should be decided without Ukraine,” she emphasized.

It should be reminded that earlier, Zelensky's office announced that the Ukrainian president has received Trump's plan to end the war.
