Apple Plans to Dispatch Delegation to Armenia

On November 20, Armenia's Ambassador to the US, Narek Mkrtchyan, visited the Apple headquarters in Cupertino, where he met with Jason Lundgaard, the Senior Director of International Cooperation at the company.

During the meeting, the ambassador summarized the memorandum of understanding signed on August 8 regarding new innovative cooperation in the electronic and semiconductor sectors between Armenia and the United States. He also presented the advantages and investment opportunities of Armenia's technological environment.

The discussion included potential directions for collaboration and the prerequisites for Apple to operate in Armenia. According to the agreement reached, Apple will soon send a delegation to Armenia to explore avenues for expanding its operations in the country.

The ambassador thanked J. Lundgaard for launching Apple's first educational program at the Armenian Creative Technologies College (ACT). Both parties emphasized their willingness to continue working on expanding educational programs.
