Situation at Vardenyats Pass and M-2, Sisian Region, Sarnakunq Section as of January 25 at 09:30:

The Saravani Pass, Gndevaz-Jermuk road, Noravan-Ltsen-Tatev, Sisian-Goris (from Harjis to Goris), and from Shinuakhyr to Tatev, as well as sections of the Vanadzor-Dilijan road are closed to vehicles with trailers. This information is reported by the Road Department Foundation.

The Jujivan area, Vanadzor-Dilijan road, Meghri and Stepanavan passes, and the Dilijan serpentine are difficult to traverse for vehicles with trailers. The Vardenyats Pass is closed to all types of vehicles.

There are patches of black ice on the roads in the regions of Ashtarak, Abovyan, Gavar, Stepanavan, Tumanyan, Lori, Aragats, Tashir, and on the Horum-Artik-Alagyaz section. Other interstate and national roads are open.

Road construction crews are conducting cleaning and salt-sand treatment on the roads.
