Vladimir Putin Issues Statement Urging Ukraine to Surrender

Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced that combat operations have already penetrated the city of Konstantinovka. According to him, engagements continue in that direction, and Russian forces are trying to advance within the city's limits.

The Russian President noted that around 15 battalions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been successfully blocked around Kupiansk-Uzlovoye. Putin urged Ukrainian servicemen to cease resistance and surrender in accordance with international humanitarian norms. He stated that such an opportunity should be applicable in all directions where clashes are occurring.

These statements were made by the Russian leader to assess the progress of operations in the eastern directions, where confrontations between the parties have been ongoing for several months.
