Son of Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan, Under House Arrest, Arrested

According to Haykakan Zhamanak, Spartak Ghukasyan, the son of Vardan Ghukasyan, who is currently under house arrest, has been arrested.

Later, the Investigative Committee announced that during the preliminary investigation of the initiated criminal case, public criminal prosecution was launched against one individual under Article 297, Part 2, Points 1 and 3 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed by a group of individuals using information or communication technologies).
