Ronaldo Issues Statement Following Meeting with Trump

The Portuguese national team and Saudi Arabian Al-Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo has stated that he will do everything possible to inspire new generations in the wake of his meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House. He emphasized the importance of creating a future based on courage, responsibility, and sustainable peace.

It should be noted that the U.S. President hosted Ronaldo at the White House on Tuesday.

"Thank you, Mr. President, for the invitation, as well as for the warm welcome you and the First Lady have shown to me and my future wife, Georgina. Each of us can contribute, and I am ready to do everything in my power to inspire new generations to build a future based on courage, responsibility, and sustainable peace," Ronaldo wrote on social media.

It is worth recalling that Ronaldo is a five-time Ballon d'Or winner, a five-time UEFA Champions League winner, a European champion, a double winner of the Nations League, and the top scorer in the history of national teams.
