London is monitoring developments between the Government of Armenia and the Armenian Apostolic Church. This was announced by the UK Minister of State for Europe and North America, Stephen Doughty.

“We expect all actions to be in accordance with the Constitution and laws of Armenia, ensuring due process and fair treatment for all. We also expect that the judicial processes remain within the frameworks of transparency and impartiality,” stated the British minister.
