Regulator Chairman Mesrop Mesropyan on HEC

In the upcoming three months, the state will begin negotiations with either the owner or the board of directors of HEC regarding the transfer of property rights. This was announced by the Chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) Mesrop Mesropyan.

“If the parties do not reach an agreement during these three months, the state may exercise its preemptive right to take ownership,” he noted.
