It Wasn't a Good Day for Russian Businessmen, Kocharian, Sargsyan, Ter-Petrosyan, and Ktrich Nersisyan: Rubinyan
Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan posted a statement on his Facebook page, commenting on the victory of the 'Civil Contract' party in the local elections in Vagarshapat.
"I congratulate Argishti Mekhakyan on his brilliant victory. It wasn't a good day for their so-called journalists, Russian businessmen, Kocharian, Sargsyan, Ter-Petrosyan, and Ktrich Nersisyan, as Vagarshapat defended democracy, independence, and peace. We should do the same throughout Armenia in 2026," Rubinyan wrote.
The Central Electoral Commission has summarized the preliminary results of the municipal elections in the Vagarshapat community of the Armavir region, covering all 47 polling stations. The 'Civil Contract' party received 15,298 votes. Argishti Mekhakyan led the party's list in the Vagarshapat local elections on November 16.
