Former Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia) has been included in the list of terrorists and extremists, according to data from the official website of Rosfinmonitoring. Also included on the list is economist Sergey Guriev (who is also recognized as a foreign agent in Russia).
Mikhail Kasyanov served as Russia's Minister of Finance from May 1999. He later held the position of Deputy Prime Minister for several months and became the head of government in May 2000. President Vladimir Putin dissolved his cabinet in February 2004. Shortly thereafter, he joined the opposition.
