The 'Zangezur Corridor' is Viewed as Part of a Strategic Chain: Japarov
The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, has announced that the new communication routes forming in the region could transform the existing logistics system. According to him, the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway is envisioned as a large-scale project that will shorten the route to Asian and European markets, providing faster and more direct transport.
Japarov noted that alongside this project, the construction of the 'Zangezur Corridor' is also being considered, which, according to him, could serve as a logical continuation of the aforementioned railway. He emphasized that the new routes would enable the countries of the region to expand economic ties and enhance communication capabilities.
The President stated that the developing infrastructure represents a significant step for the region aimed at improving transport efficiency and creating new opportunities to access international markets.
