Russia Claims Azerbaijani Embassy Damaged by US Missile Debris

Belgium's Foreign Minister Maxim Previn has made "unfounded accusations" against Russian forces for damaging the Azerbaijani embassy in Kyiv. This was stated in a declaration by the Russian embassy in Belgium.

The Russian diplomatic mission described these conclusions as "hasty and baseless." The embassy suggested that the building of the Azerbaijani embassy could have been damaged by debris from missiles launched by the US Patriot air defense system.

A statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry claims that the Russian armed forces take into account the locations of diplomatic missions when planning strikes in Ukraine.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense's press release, Russian forces have targeted Ukraine's defense-industrial and fuel-energy facilities. Among the weapons used were Kinzhal hypersonic ballistic missiles and offensive drones.
