Yerevan and Baku Negotiate Final Peace Agreement, Says Ararat Mirzoyan
Armenia and Azerbaijan continue negotiations on the signing of a final peace agreement. During a meeting with the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that progress is being made in the process.
Mirzoyan noted that the agreement reached in Washington has already produced a number of practical results, which is a positive signal for establishing long-term peace for the countries in the region. According to him, the ongoing communications between the parties and the political will are important foundations for further progress.
The minister emphasized that Armenia will continue to adhere to the peace agenda and take steps aimed at ensuring stable security in the region.
