More than 8 Clerics Summoned by the RA Investigative Committee: Details

More than eight clerics from the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and the Aragatsotn Diocese have been summoned for questioning by the RA Investigative Committee. The information was shared with Sputnik Armenia by lawyer Ara Zohrapyan.

According to him, the clerics have been summoned in connection with the recorded materials related to Bishop Nathan. “At this time, they are in the status of witnesses,” Zohrapyan noted.

The lawyer added that not only priests but also high-ranking clergy have been summoned for questioning. According to his information, they are expected to appear at the Investigative Committee today and tomorrow.
