Rumors of the 'Death' of this Format are Slightly Exaggerated: Mirzoyan

Due to the Ukrainian war, the work of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship is, to put it mildly, not actively underway, said Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during a Q&A session in the National Assembly.

“There are certain differences among the co-chairs since the Ukrainian war. However, we continue to see the negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh issue taking place within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship. We continuously discuss this with all international partners and, first and foremost, with the co-chairs. I am pleased to state that recently the co-chair countries have reaffirmed their commitment to continue the work within that format,” said the Armenian Foreign Minister.

According to Ararat Mirzoyan, it would be an exaggeration to talk about a consensus among the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship, but the rumors about the ‘death’ of this format are also slightly exaggerated.
