The Dilijan Tunnel has been without power for some time now. This was reported by the Road Department.

“As of November 12, at 14:05, the Dilijan Tunnel experienced a power outage due to an electrical substation failure. We urge drivers to be cautious while traveling through this section,” the statement said.
