Tehran Initiates Legal Proceedings Against Trump

The spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmail Baghaei, has announced that the recent statements made by former U.S. President Donald Trump indicate Washington's direct involvement in attacks conducted by Israel against Iran.

According to Baghaei, Trump's words contradict the official statement issued by the U.S. State Department on June 23, which claimed that Washington had no connection to that operation.

“This admission confirms that the U.S. government bears full responsibility for the commission of an international crime. We have recorded these statements at the UN and the Security Council as official documents to be used in legal proceedings, alongside other evidence,” said Baghaei.

He asserted that Trump's declaration could be viewed as clear and irrefutable evidence of U.S. involvement that could be presented in international courts regarding the aggression against Iran.
