Poghossian: Kocharian's Statement is False

Lusine Poghossian, a member of the Nagorno-Karabakh Freedom Homeland Party, wrote on her Facebook page:

"Robert Kocharian, in his interview today, claimed that he had contacted Bako Sahakyan and Arkadi Ghukasian to organize a meeting with Araik Harutyunyan, and that Araik said, 'If I meet with Kocharian, Pashinyan will devour me' — THIS IS A LIE... In reality, the situation was completely different: Araik Harutyunyan saw no issue with the meeting and was willing to accept Robert Kocharian at the presidential residence. However, it was Kocharian himself who insisted that Araik come to him — meaning that even at the hottest point of the war, he preferred to be guided by 'boyish' ambitions rather than state thinking.

By the way, I should note that neither in human qualities nor as a leader can you even be compared to Araik Harutyunyan, with your 'boyish' approach, gentlemen... Unfortunately, today, when both Araik Harutyunyan and Bako Sahakyan, as well as Arkadi Ghukasian, are in captivity, some individuals in Armenia are taking advantage of that situation, distorting reality through manipulations. The time will come.
