‘It’s an excuse at the level of a teenager saying, “I didn’t say the sun of my father, I said the sun of my horns.”’ Ruben Rubinyan on Serj Sargsyan

‘It’s an excuse at the level of a teenager saying, “I didn’t say the sun of my father, I said the sun of my horns.”’ Ruben Rubinyan on Serj Sargsyan

Serj Sargsyan continues to insist that he did not lie in 2018, claiming that when he said he would not aspire to the position of Prime Minister, he did not mean that he would not be Prime Minister, because aspiring and being are not the same thing. This was stated by Ruben Rubinyan, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, on his Facebook page.

“Let’s set aside the fact that this is an excuse at the level of a teenager saying, ‘I didn’t say the sun of my father, I said the sun of my horns.’ The most astonishing thing here is that Serj Sargsyan still, nearly 8 years after the revolution, has not understood why an entire nation rejected him and his gang. It seemed that when he said on April 23, 2018, ‘Nikol Pashinyan was right, I was wrong,’ he had understood, but evidently, he still has not grasped it well. Never mind, the people will make him understand again — him, his two fraudulent predecessors, Carlson’s Malish and all the other cartoon heroes,” Rubinyan wrote.
