Father of 3-Year-Old Tigran Admits to Committing Murder

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the father of 3-year-old Tigran has admitted to committing the murder.

A representative of the National Police reported that the man had suspected whether the child’s mother was aware of his actions, despite the fact that there had never been such discussions or arguments in the family. The child's mother has since relocated to another area.

Earlier, it was reported that the individual suspected of the apparent murder of the 3-year-old had been detained.
