A Local Ceasefire Established Near ZNPP for Repairs of the 330 kV Backup Power Line

According to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), preparations have begun for demining and restoration work in the vicinity of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, related to the "Ferrospetplavna-1" power line, which has been out of operation for nearly six months.

According to the report, the main phase of the repairs is scheduled to commence on November 8. The successful restoration of the line will significantly enhance the safety level of the nuclear plant, ensuring its connection to two external power transmission lines.

The IAEA team stationed at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant will monitor the progress of all repair work and oversee its safe execution.
