Pension Appointment Procedures Simplified: Details
The government has simplified the procedures for pension appointments with its decision today. The adoption of the project will significantly speed up the pension appointment process and reduce the number of documents citizens must submit.
The list of organizations where work experience from 1992 to 2014 can be confirmed solely with an employment record—without the need for documentation proving social payments or salary—will be expanded. This list will include budgetary organizations, banks, healthcare establishments, cultural, and educational institutions that operated continuously during that period.
The procedure for confirming work experience will be unified, meaning that for the periods between 1992 and 2013, if proper entries are made in the employment record and information from the insurer about social payments exists, documents regarding salary will not be required.
The procedure for confirming the work experience of individuals who worked in Artsakh will also be simplified, considering that the archives in Artsakh have largely not been preserved. This means that for the period from 1992 to 2013 in the territory of Artsakh, work experience can be confirmed even in cases where there is an objective lack of documentation showing social payments or salary receipt.
Programmatic tools will be developed and implemented that will enable citizens to automatically calculate work experience under civil contracts and create reports about social payments.
The rules for calculating work experience, as well as the titles of professions and positions that grant partial pension rights, will be clarified.
