Passenger Train Collides with Standing Freight Train, Casualties Reported in India

In a severe railway accident in Chhattisgarh, India, 11 people have died and around 20 others have sustained varying degrees of injuries. According to India Today, the tragedy occurred when a passenger train passed a stop signal and collided with the rear of a stationary freight train. The force of the impact was so strong that several train cars derailed.
