Indeed, It's a Serious Problem: Putin on Trump's Statements
Russian President Vladimir Putin has called the situation surrounding U.S. President Donald Trump's announcement regarding the resumption of nuclear testing a serious problem.
"Yes, indeed, it is a serious problem," Putin stated during a meeting with permanent members of the Russian Security Council.
Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump declared that he had ordered nuclear weapon tests to be conducted on an "equal footing" with countries that allegedly have nuclear testing programs.
