No Kindergarten Can Deny Admission to Any Child Due to Disability – Zhanna Andreasian

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Zhanna Andreasian, has stated that no kindergarten has the right to deny a child's admission on the basis of disability.

In a parliamentary session, Minister Andreasian also noted that such an action contradicts the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. According to her, if a director of any kindergarten provides such a response, they are violating the Law on Preschool Education.

Andreasian urged parents to report such incidents to the ministry, adding that it is their legal right.
