Trump on Nuclear Weapons: "We Can Blow Up the World 150 Times"

U.S. President Donald Trump stated in an interview with CBS News that the United States possesses the largest stockpile of nuclear weapons in the world, sufficient to "blow up the world 150 times."

“Well, we have more nuclear weapons than any other country. Russia is second. China is a distant third. But in five years, they will be equal... We have enough nuclear weapons to blow up the world 150 times,” Trump said.

He also emphasized the importance of disarmament negotiations with the leaders of Russia and China. At the same time, Trump justified his decision to resume nuclear testing, stating that "we need to see how they work."

“Russia has announced that it will conduct tests. North Korea is also constantly testing. We are the only country that is not testing, and I do not want to be the only one,” the U.S. President added.
