The Brother and Nephew of the Supreme Patriarch of All Armenians Have Provided Testimonies

Georg Nersisyan and his son, Hambo Nersisyan, have been arrested. They provided testimonies, and a video has been presented to the investigator, reported lawyer Ara Zohrebian.

“We are waiting to see what decision will be made. Within 12 hours, they must apply to the court for detention or release them,” he wrote.

It is reminded that the Investigative Committee informed media outlets that a public criminal prosecution has been initiated against two individuals during the preliminary investigation of a criminal case under Article 211 of the Criminal Code (forcing someone to engage in propaganda or refusing to engage in propaganda or obstructing propaganda in another way). The latter have been arrested.
