Russia Proposes to Resume Talks in Istanbul Format

Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin has declared that Moscow is ready to continue direct negotiations with Ukraine in the Istanbul format. According to him, all necessary conditions for the resumption of this format are currently in place.

Galuzin noted that the Turkish side has repeatedly confirmed its willingness to provide the Istanbul platform for negotiations once again. “Thus, all prerequisites exist for the Istanbul direction to develop,” he stated.

At the same time, the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister emphasized that Kyiv continues to ignore Moscow's proposals and avoids dialogue, relying on the support of Western countries to establish peace through military means.
