I Urge to Stop the Attempts to 'Blow Dust' in Front of Our Society. Romanos Petrosyan
“I urge the Chairman of the Board of Directors of HEC LLC to cease these disgraceful attempts to 'blow dust' in front of our society and to distort and manipulate obvious facts, pending the conclusion of the administrative proceedings initiated by the PSRC and the summarization of its results.” This is stated by the interim manager of HEC, Romanos Petrosyan, on his Facebook page.
“Through a number of public statements, I have presented and substantiated to our society how the former managers (executive leaders) of HEC artificially reduced the indicators of actual losses of electricity in the distribution network through 'machinations', attempting to fit them within the maximum thresholds established by the PSRC (7% for 2025). And only due to our disclosures has there been a sharp increase in recorded losses in HEC, reflecting the actual technical deterioration of the distribution network, becoming increasingly close to the real figures.”
“Based on these facts, a number of criminal proceedings have already been initiated in investigative bodies, and an inquiry is currently underway. Therefore, I call upon the newly emerged political figure N. Karapetyan to refrain from attempting to distort the evidently proven facts regarding the real situation in HEC, hoping to mislead our society in the same way as has been done for a long time in the electricity distribution sector, particularly concerning our thousands of conscientious consumers and independent electricity producers.”
“The times of deception have irreversibly passed, both in HEC and in our public life in general; such attempts can only be implemented at the newly opened 'Tashir Arena' under your own management, and I congratulate you on the occasion of its reopening.”
“As the Interim Manager of HEC LLC, appointed within the framework of the administrative proceedings by the PSRC, my public invitation voiced on the very first day of assuming my powers remains in force. I invite you, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of HEC, to hold a working meeting in your preferred format, at your preferred location, and with your preferred composition, where we can discuss this and many other significant facts that will inevitably affect the future of HEC. HEC serves our people,” wrote Romanos Petrosyan.
