Narek Does Not Understand That Factories Cannot Be Built Without Education: Chakhoyan to Karapetyan

Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister Taron Chakhoyan made a statement on Facebook, addressing the recent remarks made by Narek Karapetyan, the nephew of detained businessman Samvel Karapetyan. The latter stated that the state should focus on building factories instead of schools and roads.

“Narek does not understand that factories cannot be built without education. He does not understand that factories cannot be operated without education. He does not realize that schools and roads also cannot be constructed without education. He does not comprehend that the number one prerequisite for the development of the state is education. Narek does not understand; he is still immature... RELEASE Tashir Samoy,” wrote Chakhoyan.
