I Condemn the Distribution: Harutyunyan on the Video Related to Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan

I unequivocally condemn the publication and distribution. Even when I was in opposition, whether it concerned the opposition or the government, I have refrained from commenting on publications made through such methods. Because when you start commenting on such phenomena, you create fertile ground for their continuation in the future.

This was stated by Arayik Harutyunyan, head of the prime minister's office, during a joint session of the permanent committees of the National Assembly, responding to a question from Arzvik Minasyan, secretary of the 'Hayastan' faction, regarding what assessment he would give to the illegal recordings and videos and their distribution, particularly concerning the recent case of the video related to Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan, and what steps are being taken to prevent such phenomena.

'Relevant authorities and courts must take measures to prevent such phenomena in the future,' he noted.

It is worth noting that recently a video concerning the personal life of Arshak Khachatryan, allegedly recorded secretly, was released on the internet.
