Zelensky’s Casting Company Becomes One of Ukraine's Largest Contractors

Fire Point, one of the largest contractors for the Ukrainian armed forces, was involved in casting for projects by Vladimir Zelensky until 2022. This was reported by The New York Times.

The company's owner, Yegor Skaliga, also heads At Point, a firm that seeks filming locations and was mentioned in the credits of the 2016 romantic comedy 'Eight Best Dates,' in which Zelensky played the lead role.

According to the publication, in 2025, Fire Point secured around $1 billion in defense contracts, accounting for approximately 10% of Ukraine's military procurement.

It is noted that the company is currently working on the production of Ukraine's longest-range missiles, known as 'Flamingos,' and offensive unmanned aerial vehicles.
