Mother of Murdered Man Attacks Defendant with Knife in Vanadzor Court

A disturbing incident occurred during a court session in Vanadzor, where the mother of a young man who was murdered attacked one of the defendants in the case with a knife. Following the attack, she attempted to flee from the courtroom. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene.

According to ArmLur.am, the assailant was the mother of the deceased young man. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has been informed of the incident and stated that the circumstances of the case will be clarified in the near future.

It is noteworthy that in 2024, 21-year-old Hayk M. was brutally murdered in Stepanavan, and four individuals were seated in the defendant's chair for the murder case. One of them, Erik Dadivanyan, was stabbed during the court session.
