Having had every opportunity not to return to Armenia, my husband decided to come back because it is fully justifiable in terms of his conscience and will. This was stated by the wife of Masis community mayor David Hambardzumyan during a conversation with reporters at the airport.

“All the members of our family support his decision; we are proud of him. Our children see everything, read about it, and are aware of all that is happening. It is very difficult since they are minors; they are also proud of their father,” she added.

Recall that we previously reported that the mayor of Masis and the prime ministerial candidate from the “I Have Honor” faction, David Hambardzumyan, was detained near the airplane door.
