Child Missing on Mother's Birthday: Gegharkunik Governor Provides New Details

Gegharkunik Governor Karen Sargsyan has provided updates on the search for three-year-old Tigran Ovanesov, who went missing in the village of Tsapatagh. According to him, based on the information from relatives, the child has been located with his older brother. Today, the brother demonstrated the route they took prior to their disappearance.

Governor Sargsyan also noted that the previous day was the child's mother's birthday, which the family celebrated at home. He highlighted that the family is socially disadvantaged and that support has been provided to them by the community.

Active search operations are currently underway. Sargsyan stated that there are various theories regarding the child's disappearance, but none have been confirmed yet. “There are different rumors circulating, with claims that the children have been seen in various locations, and then the brother returned home,” the governor commented.
