Alexandr Kochubaev's Wife in Critical Condition: No Response from Prosecutor's Office

Lawyer Alexandr Kochubaev's wife is in critical condition. According to his attorney Erik Aleksanyan, she is currently in the intensive care unit and under artificial respiration, but there has been no response from the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia.

Aleksanyan noted that earlier today he had sent an open letter to the Prosecutor General, requesting the lifting of the pre-trial restriction imposed on Kochubaev. “Considering that the criminal case has not yet been transferred to the court, I ask you to exercise your exceptional authority and change the pre-trial restriction, as the health condition of his wife has sharply deteriorated after the birth of their child,” wrote the attorney.
