Putin Does Not Even Call the 'Pitiful' Leader a 'Pitiful' Leader: Peskov

Putin does not even refer to the 'pitiful' leader of the state as such. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of Russia.

"For me, for example, President Putin is an absolutely unmatched authority in terms of rules of decency. Even the most unfortunate leader of the state he has never called such," Peskov noted while discussing the boundaries of what is permissible in the media.

Peskov added that while Putin is not always kind, he always speaks with respect about such leaders of states and treats his colleagues with respect.
