I take responsibility for any actions in the police, and everything else that has been done has occurred within the framework of legal processes. This was stated by Police Chief Aram Ghazaryan in Hovhanavank, in response to a question from a 24 News.am reporter regarding the order to arrest Vardan Ghukasian, which allegedly involved the destruction of municipal property and the causing of material damage.

“Yes, I am responsible for any situation,” the police chief said when asked if he considered himself responsible for the incident in Parakar. “At this moment, all our work has been carried out in full. However, during the preliminary investigation, operational measures are carried out according to the assignments given by the investigator.”
