Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has delivered a speech at the 5th "Silk Road" conference held in Tbilisi. This information comes from the Prime Minister's Facebook page.

"We have a historic opportunity to ensure not only peace but also a prosperous and developing South Caucasus," wrote Pashinyan.
