Peskov Reveals Details About Trump-Putin Meeting

Neither Russian President Vladimir Putin nor U.S. President Donald Trump have specified the exact dates for their meeting, as serious preparation and time are required for it. This was announced by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President.

“It’s not the place or the timing that is important; what matters is how we will proceed with the essence,” he said.

According to Peskov, the Kremlin considers the reports about Trump arriving in Budapest on the same plane as Putin to be a fantastic hypothesis. “Discussing the possibility of EU leaders' participation in the Russia-U.S. summit in Hungary is premature; the meeting details have yet to be negotiated,” he added.
