Investigative actions are being conducted at the Gyumri Municipality as part of a criminal investigation initiated for participation in mass disturbances and interfering with the investigation process. This information has been reported by the Investigative Committee.

Previously, the official page of the Gyumri Municipality had announced that the police and the Investigative Committee had once again visited the municipality to carry out operations in the mayor's office.

It is noteworthy that Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasian has been arrested for two months, a decision made by Anti-Corruption Court judge Vardges Sargsyan.
