Investigations Reveal 33 Arrested in Gyumri

In connection with mass disturbances and obstruction of justice, a total of 33 individuals have been arrested. This information was provided to Auroranews.am by the Investigative Committee.

It is noteworthy that during the arrest of Vardan Ghukasian yesterday in Gyumri, several citizens who showed support for him were apprehended from the premises of the municipality.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee reported that on October 20, 2025, a criminal case was initiated in the Shirak regional investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee for violations under Article 327, Part 1 (participation in mass disturbances), Article 452, Part 3 (interference with the lawful service or political activities of an official), and Article 486, Part 2, Section 1 (interference with the administration of justice or the proceedings of a case).
