Europe Provokes Ukraine to Continue War, Says Kremlin

Europe is not in favor of peace. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President. According to RIA Novosti, Peskov said that Europe is provoking Kyiv to continue the war.

The Kremlin official also mentioned that it is still early to discuss the participation of any EU country in the upcoming Russia-U.S. summit. He noted that it is impossible for Russia to announce in a 'megaphone mode' what proposals it will present at the summit with the United States, as this would undermine the negotiation process.
