Czech Republic to Gift Satellite to Ukraine
The Czech Republic will build and donate an Earth observation satellite to Ukraine within a year. This was announced by Czech Minister of Transport Martin Kupka.
The satellite is designed to collect data regardless of weather conditions and lighting. Its systems will enable radar scanning, optical and spectral detection, as well as radio spectrum monitoring.
The project is set to begin in the coming months.
