Arrested Community Leader in Gyumri Faces Detention Following Corruption Investigation

A community leader among the eight individuals arrested in Gyumri has been placed under detention, while one of the bribers has been placed under house arrest. Investigations are ongoing for the remaining individuals. This information has been reported by the Anti-Corruption Committee.

"Decisions have also been made regarding the suspension of officials from their duties," the Anti-Corruption Committee stated.

It should be noted that Gyumri's Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan has been detained for two months.
