According to the newspaper "Zhoghovurd", "Recently, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), Gagik Tsarukyan, has not been very active in political affairs. The fact is that he has been holding more meetings with athletes and representatives from sectors impacted by the state of emergency and the coronavirus pandemic. In other words, he has not been making significant political statements.

Moreover, according to reports from the "Zhoghovurd" newspaper, this kind of passivity has its reasons, and it is possible that the BHK president will soon announce his departure from politics, similar to what happened during the well-known events in 2015. This is precisely why he has begun to show political inactivity, focusing only on activities in sports and the economy.

For comment, "Zhoghovurd" reached out to Arman Abovyan, the secretary of the BHK faction in the National Assembly, who stated that the information is false. "No, of course, it's absolutely false, and this lie is being spread either intentionally or out of ignorance. Such news causes nothing but smiles," he added.
